Australian Wardrobe Design specialises in custom design, manufacture and installation of wardrobes storage that can be anything from walk-in and reach-in to built-ins and complete dressing rooms.
Designs are based on a wide selection of construction types and formats, board materials and colours, and finished looks whether the clean simple lines of the ultra modern to the more traditional themes utilising full cabinets, mouldings, rout patterns on drawers and doors and wood-grain finishes.
A large selection of wardrobe accessories will enhance storage organisation and flexibility including belt and tie racks, valet rods, trouser racks, jewellery trays, segment drawer internals, dress mirrors, wire baskets, shoe shelves, laundry hampers, ironing boards and lighting.
Wardrobe design, manufacture and installation is usually determined by the type of wardrobe required.
DIY Flat-Pack Wardrobes
DIY Flat-Pack Wardrobes are popular with customers from out-side our usual full service coverage area (Noosa to Byron Bay). Australian Wardrobe Design will on request, given customer measurement requirements and room configurations, floor plans and/or drawings and photographs, design and price for a flat-pack manufacture, boxed (including sliding glass doors) and insured delivery by QR to the closest QR Rail depot ready for customer pick-up.
Customers are able to fit and install using a comprehensive assembly guide or have a `handy-man’ or builder contractor to complete the fit-out for them. We have completed and delivered many DIY Flat-Pack jobs with very capable and satisfactory installs usually by the customer in Roma, Charleville, Mt Isa, Gladstone amongst other outlying areas.
While we are happy to provide flat-pack services to more local customers the costs for boxing components and delivery usually provide for little or no saving in cost over a professionally installed fit-out. At best a 10% saving quickly becomes a small saving for the labour and frustrations experienced by customers not experienced in installing these wardrobes.
